Argh... I completely forgot to post this challenge this morning. Better late than never I suppose.
Your challenge over at Hooked on Craft this fortnight is "TRY SOMETHING NEW" So I decided to try my hand at stamping on candles. A few of my friends have made these recently and I just fell in love with them. I found a fantastic tutorial here, over at Splitcoast Stampers.
The sweet little stamp, ribbon, flowers and leaves are all from HOOKED ON CRAFT.

Oops. I was meant to have this post go up this morning, sorry about that. Wow I can't believe how long it has been since my last post. Where has the time gone? We had a super easy challenge this month over at BIZZY BEC'S. The theme is ANYTHING GOES.
I have used the adorable Whimsy Wee Stamp Rose and Felix. I just adore all of Sylvia's images. This stamp, doily, cheery lynn heart die and stickles are all available from BIZZY BEC'S ONLINE STORE.

Oooh, not long now till the jolly man in the red suite arrives. We are all getting excited here in our home. My sister and her family are all coming down to Canberra to celebrate with us. I can't wait. I had the most wonderful visit from my Mum and Nan last week. It was only for a few days but I loved every moment of it.
I had better get back to the challenge hadn't I. Your challenge is to create something with a christmas theme. Too easy huh.

I wanted to share with you a gift I made for my daughter Lauren. With help from my beautiful and extremely talented friend Kylie, we managed to get this finished in 2 days lol. Click on the image for a closer look. I'm absolutely over the moon with how this turned out and Lauren couldn't get the smile off her face. That makes it all worth while.

Well we are at the beginning of my favourite month of the year. I had my birthday 2 days ago and my beautiful daughter Lauren is celebrating her 15th Birthday today. Happy Birthday sweetie. Then of course it is nearly Christmas. Which leads us into Bec's Challenge, so of course it has to be "Christmas theme"

Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks challenge over at Cuddly Buddly. It was my turn to choose a theme for this challenge so I went with a recipe...3 FLOWERS, 2 BUTTONS and 1 RIBBON.
For my card, I used the adorable "Two Teddy Bears" image designed by Eline Pellinkhof and available at Cuddly Buddly.
My beautiful sister is having a little boy in January, so this will be the perfect card for her.

Hi Folks – I’ve been noseying through a lot of the older discontinued digi products here at Cuddly and decided that as times are hard for many people in this economic climate that instead of them just sitting there in the data base doing nothing that many of these old images might be better off coming out of retirement as they could very well be a blessing to some folks … so if you nosey around my (Cuddly Buddly), Lilyboo and Picture Kitchen sections of the site, you should spot a fair few digis for FREE!!!!How fantastic is all that? Told you it was wonderful...

Oh my gosh. I can't believe it's October. The 5th of the month means another great challenge over at Bizzy Bec's. Our theme this month is "GIRLS AND PEARLS".

I decided to attempt a shaker card this month and was quite happy with the way it turned out. I used the adorable S.W.A.L.K stamp "Blooming Wonderful", magnolia butterfly and key dies, spellbinders oval and scallop oval dies and flowers, all of which were purchased from Bizzy Bec's Online Store.

Welcome to this fortnights challenge over at Hooked on Craft. Your challenge is "ANYTHING BUT A CARD". So it could be a bookmark, tag, scrapbook layout or off the page project.
I decided to go with a corner bookmark. You can find the tutorial for it over at Splitcoast Stampers. Very easy to make and uses very little card stock. The adorable little bear is called "honey bear cooking". He, the flowers, leaves, doily and pearls are all available HERE at Hooked on Craft.

Oh my goodness, this year is flying... I can't believe we are into September already...Well it's time for another great challenge over at BIZZY BEC'S... Our theme this month is to use the colours BLUE, GREEN AND WHITE... Super easy huh?
