Just for the fun of it

Hi girls. Last week I was lucky enough to have my beautiful friend Kylie and her sweet little girl Jorjia come and stay with us for a few days. It was so lovely to see them again and the time went way too fast. It never gets any easier saying goodbye to them. Believe it or not, we did actually get to create something. But first things first, we had to go to my local tea house so Kylie could get her fix of dutch pancakes with butterscotch sauce and a lovely pot of cafe late tea. mmm... simply divine.

So anyway we decided on using the same dp pack, copic colour, flowers etc. We got the inspiration for these cards from the extremely talented Bev. Her card was featured in Magnolia Ink. Kylie will post her lovely creation on her blog soon. It took us over 2 days to finish them, crazy I know. We went into my craft room to stick on the flowers and came to the realisation that it took us 50 minutes to do so. lol... Oh I wish you weren't so far away, I miss you terribly.

Anyway that's enough babbling from me lol... Otherwise I'll start bawling all over the laptop.

The flowers, bling, copic markers, X-press it blending card, spellbinder nestabillities circles, scallop circles and butterfly die were all purchased from Bizzy Becs.

Blue Butterfly Stamps

Well I'm finally back from my visit up home and have so much catching up to do it's making my head spin. Thank you to everyone who sent me Birthday messages, you're all amazing.
