Bizzy Becs May Challenge.... Vintage

Are you ready for Bizzy Bec's monthly challenge?  This month's challenge theme was up to me, so I decided on "VINTAGE".  I didn't actually use my copics on this card and I actually really enjoyed creating this one.

I have used my spellbinders floral ovals and dress form dies and a cheery lynn doily die.  These are available from Becs Online Store. The rest is from my stash.

Bizzy Becs April Challenge... Texture

Holy crap... I've done it again. I completely forgot to get this post up this morning. I'm on a roll, not a very good one though.

Your challenge over at Bizzy Becs this month is "TEXTURE". So we would like to see your creations using, ribbon, fabric etc. I have used flowersoft for my texture. I have also used the gorgeous Wee Stamp Amy, who is now available for pre-order from Bec's. The flowers and leaves are spellbinder bitty blossom dies and also available from Bec. I absolutely love these dies.

Hooked On Crafts... Challenge #19

OMG... I completely forgot to get this post up this morning. Anyhoo. It's time for another challenge over at Hooked on Crafts. Of course it could only be EASTER. So this month we want to see your gorgeous Easter creations.

I made this box a while ago and decided to make a matching card. The flowers, leaves and pearls are all from HOOKED ON CRAFTS.

Hooked On Crafts .... Challenge # 18... More than one fold....

Welcome to this months challenge over at Hooked on crafts. Our challenge this month is to create a card with more than one fold. I found the tutorial for my card over at Splitcoast Stampers.

All the gorgeous flowers on my card are from Hooked on Craft.

Bizzy Becs February Challenge...

I seem to be chasing my tail lately. With the school holiday and work commitments, I just can't find enough time in the day to catch up on my blogging. This post should have gone up on Sunday. Anywhoo, better late than never.

This month at Bizzy Becs, the challenge is to make your creation all white, except for the image. We would also like to see you include a heart since it will be valentines soon.

Bec is very generous with this months prize. We will have 2 lucky people will win a Memory Box die each. How awesome's that?

Hooked On Craft. Challenge #17 "HEARTS"

Argh... I completely forgot to post this challenge this morning. Better late than never I suppose.

Your challenge over at Hooked on Craft this fortnight is "TRY SOMETHING NEW" So I decided to try my hand at stamping on candles. A few of my friends have made these recently and I just fell in love with them. I found a fantastic tutorial here, over at Splitcoast Stampers.

Hooked On Craft Challenge #14

Oooh, not long now till the jolly man in the red suite arrives. We are all getting excited here in our home. My sister and her family are all coming down to Canberra to celebrate with us. I can't wait. I had the most wonderful visit from my Mum and Nan last week. It was only for a few days but I loved every moment of it.

I had better get back to the challenge hadn't I. Your challenge is to create something with a christmas theme. Too easy huh.

Gift for Lauren...

I wanted to share with you a gift I made for my daughter Lauren. With help from my beautiful and extremely talented friend Kylie, we managed to get this finished in 2 days lol. Click on the image for a closer look. I'm absolutely over the moon with how this turned out and Lauren couldn't get the smile off her face. That makes it all worth while.

Cuddly Buddly Digi Challenge #19

Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks challenge over at Cuddly Buddly. It was my turn to choose a theme for this challenge so I went with a recipe...3 FLOWERS, 2 BUTTONS and 1 RIBBON.

For my card, I used the adorable "Two Teddy Bears" image designed by Eline Pellinkhof and available at Cuddly Buddly.

My beautiful sister is having a little boy in January, so this will be the perfect card for her.

Hooked On Craft... Challenge #10

Welcome to this fortnights challenge over at Hooked on Craft. The theme for this challenge is "SOMETHING SPOOKY" and will run from the 17th till 29th October.

I have used the adorable little Dracula Bear from Hooked on Craft and made him his own coffin. I found the template for the coffin over at Martha Stewart.com. The mesh ribbon, pearls, doily, rose and leaves are all available from Hooked On Craft. My leaves and pearls started out white, I just coloured them with my copic markers.
