Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge #21


Do the weeks fly by faster, or is it just me?? Time for another fun challenge over at the Lil Lolita Boutique. These week it's a "birthday theme".     Wow you have such a knack for elegance at it's finest! The coloring on her is gorgeous and you never take away from the image by covering up the card with embellies. Like me. LROL!! Love this!
