Back again with another gorgeous WEE STAMPS image. This beautiful little image is called WINTER FAIRY and is just one of the new images from the incredibly talented Sylvia.
I've coloured her with my copic markers and added some polar white flower soft to her "fluffy bits" (don't laugh! you know what I mean lol).
