Told you I'd be back. With Geoff gone, I have had a few late nights, so I've been keeping myself occupied by making this project. I bought the tutorial from Becky Roberts. Her blog is Inking Idaho (check my blog list). She is very clever indeed. I changed it a bit by using card stock as the base and then lining it with designer paper. This makes it a lot sturdier. I made 4 cards, decorated the envelopes and made a post it note holder and bookmark. In her tutorial there are many more things to make as well.
I know these little backpack have been around for quite a while, but I thought I'd give one a go. They're really quite quick to make.Only 3 more sleeps until the new catalogue release. Woo Hoo!! Thank you again to all the lovely ladies who leave me comments.
Till next time xxx Jackie

She's Back but not completely. Where's the diamonds?? You are so talented. I love chocolate and green together and your cards are gorgeous. Well done. Yay, only 3 more sleeps until the new catalogue but who can sleep?
ReplyDeleteJackie, yet another beautiful creation. Another challenge for me to try. I think this will make a fabulas workshop, I will ring and organise a time. When your having one of those down moments or days always remember that we love you, and someone a long way away is thinking of you every moment, wanting to be by your side, so take a step to the left and embrace his essance.

Loving it Jackie! I should have looked at your blog before I made it. Your change would have made a huge difference. Mine is a little flimsy because the dsp is quite thin. Next time I'm doing it your way! Yours looks fabulous. Thanks for your lovely comments on my blog. Unfortunately I won't make it to this year's convention. Maybe next year! Andrea :)x
